Q.Can I use my credit card?

The following credit cards are accepted:
JCB, VISA, AMEX, Diners, Mastercard, UC, China UnionPay
* China UnionPay is not available at the b ginza.

Q.Is it possible to send a suitcase before arrival?

We can keep luggage for you from the morning of your check-in day.
If you send a suitcase by courier, please specify the check-in day and send it to the address of each hotel by specifying the accommodation date and the name of the guest.

Q.I would like to send purchased items to the hotel, but is it possible to store them?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In order to maintain the security of our management, we do not accept or store any items purchased by mail-order or other means and sent by courier service.

Q. Can I be put on a waiting list in case another reservation is cancelled?

We are very sorry, but we do not have any waiting list. Please call us to inquire about availability.

Q. Can I use the internet?

Guests can enjoy free WiFi Internet service in hotel rooms and the lobby. Please ask the front desk staff for the password for the Wi-Fi connection.

Q. What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
However, please note that the hotel may set a different time for room packages or for specific groups.
Please note that if your arrival is later than the check-in time, please inform us in advance. If you do not contact us before the passing of midnight (00:00), your reservation may be cancelled.
Please contact us for early check-in and late check-out requests.

Q. What are the accommodation and breakfast fees for children?

Children under the age of 11 may stay free of charge when using existing bedding in the same room with a parent. Please let us know at the time of reservation. For children under 6 years of age, breakfast is complimentary.
*Breakfast may be charged depending on the hotel. For more information, please contact the hotel you wish to use directly.
*Only one child for each one bed.

Q. Do you have a cot / crib or baby chair?

the b hotels offers the following services for children under 6 years of age.
Please contact the hotel in advance if you would like to make a reservation for any of the following:
Baby bed (reservation required), baby chair (reservation required), baby bath, mineral water for milk, insulated milk pot, children’s toy set, coloring book, crayons, etc.
* Baby cots are not available at the b ginza.

Q. When should I cancel my reservation? Do I have to pay a cancellation fee?

Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation fees will be charged from cancellations made from the previous day.
* Cancellation made the previous day – 20% of the room rate
* Cancellation on the day – 100% of the room rate
* No contact – 100% of the room rate.

* If there is a different agreement in your accommodation plan, that will be prioritized.

Q. How can I make a reservation from overseas?

Please make a reservation by calling the hotel directly as shown on the homepage, or in the hotel where you plan to stay.
