Q.Is it possible to send a suitcase before arrival?

We can keep luggage for you from the morning of your check-in day.
If you send a suitcase by courier, please specify the check-in day and send it to the address of each hotel by specifying the accommodation date and the name of the guest.

Q.I would like to send purchased items to the hotel, but is it possible to store them?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In order to maintain the security of our management, we do not accept or store any items purchased by mail-order or other means and sent by courier.

Q. What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
However, please note that the hotel may set a different time for room packages or for specific groups.

Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation fees will be charged from cancellations made from the previous day.
