In order to make the most of the limited space in all 202 guest rooms, we have sought to strike a balance between comfort and functionality by providing space for suitcases under the bed and installing a wall-surface hanger rack. We have also adopted a variety of functional facilities and amenities for the comfort of our guests, such as blackout blinds that allow the room to be completely dark even during the daytime, and a refrigerator that keeps the air conditioner cool. The counter-type desk for two is furnished with stellar works high chairs and other design features.

Equipped with a spacious 1800 mm wide king bed, the corner king is a bright and open space with many windows. Also available is a large 1450mm wide desk, which can be used as a space to concentrate on desk work while enjoying music with Bluetooth speakers. Incidentally, only the upper floors are arranged to have a view of Tokyo Tower, which may be a hidden photo spot.

the b has selected its facilities and amenities not only to enhance the essential functions of your stay, but also to provide you with the freedom of temperature, sound, and light. The shower panel with different functions (overhead, body, and foot) efficiently warms the entire body as if you were soaking in a bathtub, and the Cado cuaura noseless hair dryer has a surprisingly fast drying power with an industry-leading 2.2 m3/min high air volume. The air temperature is kept as low as 85°C so that it is not too hot even when used for long periods of time, providing a gentle breeze that is gentle on the skin, allowing you to dry and set your hair comfortably. The rooms are equipped with a pot that can be set to the desired temperature and also has a heat-retention function, and are equipped with a heat-retention mug. A Hollywood mirror with daylight, daylight-white, and bulb-colored light for three different scenes is also equipped with a magnifying mirror to assist with makeup application. You can also immerse yourself in your own world with noise-canceling headphones at the volume of your choice. Nightwear, Razor and other amenities are available in the lobby lounge.

Renovated in 2013, the Kabuki-za Theater is an atmospheric yet fun new venue for first-time theatergoers to enjoy the traditional Japanese performing arts. At the souvenir shop Kobikicho Plaza in the basement, you will find not only Kabuki goods, but also the perfect Japanese souvenirs. At the Kabuki-za Gallery near the Kabuki-za Theater, visitors can touch props used in actual Kabuki performances and experience the behind-the-scenes of Kabuki. The Tsukiji Honganji Temple, with its majestic architecture, and the Hamarikyu Gardens, a beloved urban oasis, are also within walking distance, and we recommend visiting art spots such as the Artizon Museum and the Pola Museum of Art.
