Booking applications
To all hotel guests who are staying for their self-isolation period upon entering Japan:
Thank you very much for cooperating with the measures to control the spread of the novel coronavirus.

We ask that you cooperate with the following measures during your isolation period.  
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but your understanding is greatly appreciated.
■Our room cleaning policy
  • In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we will refrain from entering (cleaning) your room during your stay.
  • If you would like to have the linens or other items changed, please place the used linens and other items in a plastic bag and leave them outside your room door. Our staff will bring you new ones.
  • For trash, please put your trash in a plastic bag and leave it outside your door, just like with linens.
■When using facilities inside the hotel:
  • Please wear a mask when moving around the hotel.
  • We ask that you refrain from using the hotel breakfast service.
  • Coin-operated laundry machines, ice machines, and microwave ovens are available for use.
  • If you use these facilities, please let the front desk staff know after you have used them.
  • Please refrain from using the public bathing facility. (Only for guests staying at the b suidobashi)
■Post check-out request:
  • If you test positive for a PCR test after you check out, we ask that you notify the hotel immediately.
    Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any problems or questions during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk.  
While we must interact over the phone or from the other side of your room door, we will help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
■For guests who have completed their self-isolation period:
You may use the hotel facilities as usual.
Please inform our staff when your self-isolation period ends during your stay.
* Your reservation is complete after we issue your reservation number.

Payment options

  • You can pay at the b ginza using either credit cards or QR settlement (PayPay, LINE Pay, d pay, Merpay, au PAY, WeChatpay, Alipay).
    Please understand that we are unable to accept cash payments.
  • The charges displayed are all inclusive of tax.
  • Resale is not permitted. It will be necessary to confirm your identity using an ID card with a photograph at the time of your stay (drivers' licence, passport etc.)

Points to note when using/booking

  • This can be used by a total of 2 people, consisting of the purchaser and 1 person accompanying them.
  • The type of guest room will be determined on the hotel side. There is no limit to the number of consecutive stays.
  • We may not be able to offer your choice of hotel if no rooms are available when you book.
  • We may not be able to comply with your desired check-in/check-out time.
    *Room availability is limited. Monthly passes may not be available on the dates, such as when the rooms prepared for Monthly Pass are full.(Updated 19th October 2022).
  • We are unable to refund any amount corresponding to nights you have not used up during the stipulated period. Please give us your understanding on this matter.


  • When you stay at the hotel, you can check in and check out at the time of your choice between noon on the day of check-in and noon the following day (24 hours).
  • Stays less than 12 hours shall be treated as day use. You can check in any time you like. (Stays over 12 hours are treated as an overnight stay)
  • If you check in during the morning and stay overnight, this becomes a combination of overnight stay and day use.
    Please inquire at the hotel you are using for details.


  • In the interests of maintaining room hygiene, we shall clean the guest rooms once on the 3rd day. (Limited to continuous stays)
  • You can also request cleaning of the guest rooms on other days for a fee of 2,000 yen each time.
  • At "the b hotels", we do not perform cleaning or replacement of items (excluding only towel replacement) while guests are in the room.
    In case of an extension of your stay, we may request you to change the room.


  • We provide laundry and breakfast services with 50% off the normal charge. Please inquire at the front desk of the respective hotels.(This service is not available at all facilities.)
  • Hotels offering 50% off laundry service.(the b akasaka-mitsuke、the b shimbashi、the b hachioji、the b nagoya、the b hakata)
  • Hotels offering 50% off breakfast service.(the b akasaka-mitsuke、the b shimbashi、the b ochanomizu、the b suidobashi、the b hachioji、the b nagoya、the b hakata)
    * Breakfast service will be suspended from October 1st 2022 due to renewal.

Receiving delivered packages

  • We do not accept cash on delivery in any circumstances so please be sure to ship prepaid.
  • When sending a package, please specify an arrival date that is during your period of stay.
  • On the delivery slip, please make sure that "The full name of the person staying" and "Cell Phone Number" are written clearly. If we cannot identify the guest receiving the package, we shall be unable to accept it..
  • Packages will be received at the front desk. We will notify you via internal phone or message card, so please pick it up directly at the front desk.
  • For purchases from Amazon, please use the Amazon Hub installed in the hotel.Hotels containing an Amazon Hub

  • We do not accept cool box delivery packages.
  • If we cannot identify the guest, we may not be able to accept the package.We accept no responsibility for any circumstances that arise from us being unable to identify the recipient of packages.
  • We cannot accept packages under any circumstances if you cancel your stay.

Receiving food deliveries

  • Please pay for the food online or directly to the food provider.
  • We shall contact you from the front desk of the hotel as soon as the food delivery arrives, so please collect it directly from the front desk.
  • If you order food using a food delivery app "menu", the food will be taken directly to your room.
