Future Management Policy

Since Corona, the recovery in attracting inbound customers has varied from hotel to hotel, and it is important to have inbound customers stay at the hotel in order to anticipate future recovery. Therefore, we will leverage the know-how of Ishin Hotels Group, which has strengths in attracting inbound customers, to strengthen the hotel's focus on inbound group customers.

In terms of attracting individual businesspersons and leisure customers, we plan to further improve customer attraction by considering value-added services and facilities, differentiating ourselves, and utilizing the marketing know-how cultivated by the b hotels, such as MEO and website operation. The b hotels will also use the marketing know-how it has accumulated through MEO and website operations to further improve customer traffic.

In addition, the challenges for hotels after Corona include increased difficulty in securing employees, lower occupancy of guest rooms, and lower service quality due to staff shortages. In this regard, we will consider smart management by implementing digitalization, cashless operations, and streamlining of operational tasks in the mid- to long-term.

Ishin Hotels Group will continue to promote the management of other brands' hotels on an outsourcing basis in conjunction with the b hotels, taking Hotel St. Main Nagoya as its first step.
