the b hotels has introduced the Airporter baggage delivery service. *Excluding some hotels
Airporter is a service that allows same-day delivery of baggage between a hotel and the airport, or between a hotel and the next hotel.
■How to book
Please book through the dedicated website by 23:00 the day before you plan to use the delivery service.
Please drop off your baggage at the hotel front desk by 9:00 a.m. on the day of delivery.
■ Available time for pickup
・Pickup at the airport (*) or Tokyo station: From 16:00 on the delivery day.
(*)Pickup time at New Chitose Airport will be between 14:00 and 18:00 on the delivery day.
・Pickup at the hotel: From 20:00 on the delivery day.
