Airporter is a service that allows same-day delivery of baggage between a hotel and the airport, or between a hotel and the next hotel.
■How to apply
Please apply in person through the dedicated page by 23:00 on the previous day.
Please drop off your baggage at the hotel front desk by 9:00 a.m. on the day of delivery.
■ Available time for pickup
・Pickup at the airport (*) or Tokyo station: after 16:00 on the day
(*)New Chitose Airport is available between 14:00 and 18:00.
・Pickup at the hotel: after 19:00 on the day
