Notice of power outage throughout the building due to low-voltage switchboard repair work

We regret to inform you that the entire building will be blacked out due to repair work on the low-voltage switchboard during the following period.

Dates: April 7 and 14, 2025 (Monday), 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
*Please note that the scheduled time may change depending on the progress of the work.
Location: the b Kobe, all buildings (electrical equipment in guest rooms, elevators, air conditioning, water facilities, public baths, Wi-Fi, etc.)

1. Elevators will be out of service, so please use the emergency stairs.
2. Water and hot water in bathrooms and washrooms will be turned off, and air conditioning and lighting will also be out of service.
3. Please unplug your computers and chargers.
