Location: the b sapporo (Entire Facility) (In-room electrical equipment, elevators, air conditioning, water supply, Wi-Fi, etc.) 1. Elevators will be out of service; please use the emergency stairs. 2. Cold and hot water in the washbasins and bathrooms will be shut off, and air conditioning, lighting, and other amenities will be unavailable. 3.
