Notice Regarding the Replacement of Air Conditioning Systems in Guest Rooms

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be conducting renovation work on the air conditioning systems in our guest rooms during the dates listed below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. Dates: Monday, April 20, 2026 – Sunday, June 28, 2026, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM *Please note that the scheduled times may vary depending on the progress of the work. Location: the b ochanomizu (entire building) – Guest rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 8th, and 9th floors 1. Please be advised that there will be noise from construction work between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. 2. During construction hours, workers may be entering and exiting the building and using the elevators. 3. Construction is scheduled to take place on one or two floors at a time. Work will not be conducted on all floors simultaneously. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. General Manager
